The Legacy Fashion Show 2026 - Elemental Elegance | In Loving Memory of Myrlande Julien 🕊️🤍

Some moments on the runway mean more than fashion.

Myrlande was preparing to share her work with us when she passed away unexpectedly, leaving behind a tremendous sense of loss for everyone who knew and loved her.

With the blessing of her family, we had the honor of bringing a selection of her pieces to the runway once again —allowing her work to take its place among the designers she was meant to stand alongside.

Though these pieces were created before this show, they beautifully reflected the spirit of the elements and, more importantly, gave us one final opportunity to celebrate Myrlande and her creativity.

We are grateful to her family for allowing us this moment.

We miss you, Myrlande. Your work lives on.

The Legacy Fashion Show 2026 - Elemental Elegance | Designer Spotlight : R Taylor Lux

A first time on the runway. And she made it count.

For the first time, Legacy CEO R. Taylor stepped out from behind the scenes and onto the runway as a designer for her brand R. Taylor Luxury, bringing a bold couture collection inspired by the elements.

From singed flames and sculptural textures to sand-covered silhouettes and water-inspired details, each look pushed the idea of what an element could become in fashion.

Not just designing the show. Making her mark on it.

From the stillness of the desert to the depths of the sea, and finally into the richness of nature— Rêve brought the elements to life through a collection that evolved with every look.

The journey began with the first pieces evoking the heat and mystery of the desert. Those warm tones gradually gave way to deep, grounded blues, flowing into icy shades of blue that captured the movement and transformation of water.

Then came the bloom—floral accents, rich greens, and earthy browns bringing the collection back to the beauty of the natural world.

Each piece marked another stage in the journey, creating a collection that felt less like separate looks and more like one story unfolding on the runway.

This was Elemental Elegance, interpreted by Reve Luxury. ✨
