A little sneak peek into life at BAF❤️

Whewwww it’s so much to unpack. Everyone sees the destination, but few see the dedication. It takes two years of consistency, commitment, and results to earn a convention. Being able to attend two conventions in four years at BAF is something I’ll never take for granted.

None of this would be possible without my amazing clients. Thank you for trusting me to help protect what matters most, and for the continuous referrals that have helped my business grow year after year. Your confidence in me is something I never take lightly.

London 2026 gave us the opportunity to learn, grow, celebrate achievements, and create memories with each other.

During our time in London, we also had the privilege of visiting Bahamas House, making the experience even more memorable. It was an honor to meet His Excellency Paul Andrew Gomez, High Commissioner of The Bahamas to the United Kingdom, and to welcome him to our convention, where he took the time to join us for part of our events. 🇧🇸🇬🇧

It was a privilege to participate in the Stone Oak Construction 5th Annual Trade Show this weekend, connecting with professionals across the construction, banking, and development industries while showcasing the range of solutions BAF Global has to offer. Conversations like these create valuable opportunities to highlight the importance of proper protection throughout the building and homeownership journey.

While many discussions focused on the importance of Homeowners Insurance and Contractors’ All Risk coverage, it also created an important opportunity to highlight something that is often overlooked during the building and financing process ….Life Insurance.

When individuals take on major financial responsibilities such as building or purchasing a home, protecting that commitment becomes just as important as the structure itself. Life insurance plays a critical role in ensuring that if the unexpected happens, families are not left carrying the financial burden of mortgages, loans, or unfinished projects.

Building and owning property is a major milestone, and having the right protection in place ensures that both the investment and the people behind it are protected.

Grateful for the meaningful conversations, the connections made, and the opportunity to continue educating the public on protecting both their investments and their families.

This year’s Awards Day looked a little different for me.

I walked away with Quota award 🥇…and while I’m grateful, I’ll be honest… it’s not where I’m used to finishing.

The year 2025 came with challenges …the kind that test your discipline, your focus, and your faith. The kind that may not be reflected in results, but are shaping you for everything that’s ahead.

And while my results may not reflect my usual standard, my growth and my resilience absolutely does.

Because not every win is loud ….some seasons are about building, learning, and becoming stronger behind the scenes.

To my clients …thank you for your continued trust and support. You are the reason I remain committed to showing up and giving my best, no matter the season.💕

And to my fellow insurance professionals….if your year looked a little different than expected, take the lesson, not the loss.🙏🏾
