This Christmas, my nephew ‘Khalil’ only (9) years old asked for something different. Instead of gifts, he wanted to give.

He told his mom he wanted to help feed the homeless, the poor, and those who don’t have a place to stay. So yesterday, on Boxing Day, they prepared food and went out to share it, meal by meal, person by person.

No expectations. Just kindness, empathy, and love in action.

Moments like this remind us what the season is truly about seeing others, serving quietly, and choosing compassion over comfort.

So proud of this young soul and the example he’s already setting. May we all carry this spirit beyond Christmas and into every day of the year. ❤️
