From suspension bridges that brought remote villages together, to opportunities created for youth, to livelihoods strengthened in rural communities — Helvetas has touched countless Bhutanese lives.

In this heartfelt first episode of Friends of Bhutan, we sit down with Aum Tashi Pem, Country Director of Helvetas Bhutan, who has dedicated 22 years to this journey.
