😍Starting the weekend and month on a good note
😍So on Tuesday I met this other lady sent from another clinic because her unborn child was lying head up(picture 1) instead of the common head down(picture 2)
😍We talked and she made it clear that she wished to deliver the baby normally head first
😍On Wednesday yours truly Nkadilatlha wa bomme botlhe touched her belly and by God's grace the baby agreed to turn and face down
😍Without delay I stimulated her cervix and she delivered yesterday without a problem
😍This morning I passed by her. Seeing her happy with her new bundle of joy fit for discharge home almost brought tears to my eyes. Sometimes this job makes me too emotional🥲
😍Another C section avoided. An eventful week it was
