OBJECTIVES
1. To increase national flock
2. Genetic improvement of breeds through selective breeding
3. Increase productivity through provision of high-quality bucks and rams
4. To promote export of chevon, mutton, lamb, and live animals
5. To develop entrepreneurs in small stock sub-sector
6. To incentivize beneficiaries to adopt best management practices
7. Establishment of backward and forward linkages by promoting groups and cluster farming

1. Increased birth rates (baseline 43.4%, target 80%)
2. Low mortality rates (16.7%, target 10%)
