Thieves broke into our car last night in phase 4 and stole a car battery as well as a wallet with bank cards and IDs belonging to Kabelo Dikatholo and Gasebomo Dikatholo.

On the other note while the decision to extend bar operating hours from 10 a.m. to 6 a.m. may be a welcome development, it must be matched with deliberate security measures. Increased police presence in neighborhoods surrounding bars is essential, as extended hours create opportunities for criminals to loiter under the guise of nightlife activity.
Additionally, the festive season presents its own risks. Many residents travel during this period, leaving homes vulnerable to theft and break-ins. Without proactive patrols and visible law enforcement, these vulnerabilities can easily be exploited.
