Today we release our third and final SRC Magazine article, a moment that closes this chapter with pride and purpose. As Minister of Information and Publicity, I made it my mission to ensure that every student knew exactly what my cabinet members and I were doing throughout the year and across this entire term. Each article was crafted to keep you informed, involved, and connected to the work happening behind the scenes.

Our final SRC Magazine feature feels like a deep breath of accomplishment. To my social media dream team, thank you for every brainstorming session, every late-night push, and every challenge we faced together. A special shoutout to John for his immense patience in handling my perfectionism; truly, I cannot thank you enough. This term was built on teamwork, and I am endlessly grateful to my cabinet, who made every milestone possible.

‼️United Nations 80th Anniversary Celebration 🌍

This year’s milestone gathering brought together leaders and changemakers to discuss fiscal sensing and its crucial impact on achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The event focused on how Botswana can build sustainable, equitable, and transparent public finance systems to advance national development and resilience.

We’re proud to share that Botswana Accountancy College (BAC) was well-represented at the event, both in attendance and on the panel. *Four* students contributed meaningfully to the discussion, offering diverse perspectives on youth involvement and public finance:

1. Ludo Kgamule, SRC Minister of Academic Affairs
2. Amantle Marokane, Vice President of IFB Society
3. Bofelo Kgosiemang, Completed CIMA student
4. Lefa Sebego, First year CIMA student

A big thank you to Mr Bame Boitshoko for coordinating and organising the events proceedings along with the UN team.
