Lebopo Bulayani Makes History as Botswana’s First Clicks Manager
GABORONE — Botswana’s corporate and pageantry landscape has gained another reason to celebrate as Lebopo Bulayani continues to break barriers and make her mark across multiple industries.
Bulayani has made history as the first Clicks Manager in Botswana to be promoted from the position of Area Manager, an achievement that highlights her progression and leadership within the retail sector.
Her rise through the ranks is a reflection of years of hard work, commitment and dedication. Over the years, Bulayani has received recognition for her performance and leadership, including being named Area Manager of the Year, among other accolades.
Beyond her corporate career, Bulayani has built a strong presence in the pageantry and youth development space. She previously held the title of Miss Earth Botswana 1st Princess and has remained actively involved in the development of young people through pageantry and mentorship initiatives.
She is also the Director of Miss Independence Kgatleng, a platform that focuses on empowering young people and creating opportunities for personal and professional development.
Bulayani has further added author to her growing list of achievements. Her debut book, Orphaned, tells a deeply personal story centred on loss, childhood experiences, resilience and overcoming adversity. Through the book, she shares her journey while encouraging others to find strength in difficult circumstances.
Her contribution to community development has also seen her involved in initiatives aimed at supporting young people and the girl child, including efforts to address challenges affecting school-going girls.
Now, Bulayani is taking her expertise onto an international platform after being selected as an International Judge for Miss Namibia 2026. The appointment adds another significant achievement to her growing portfolio and places a Botswana professional at the centre of one of Namibia’s most prominent pageantry platforms.
From corporate leadership and beauty pageantry to youth empowerment, authorship and international judging, Bulayani’s journey continues to demonstrate the different spaces in which Botswana women are making their presence felt.
Her latest achievement is not only a personal milestone but also another example of a woman breaking through traditionally held barriers and creating space for others to follow.
