I have always loved the desert. One sits down on a desert sand dune, sees nothing, hears nothing. Yet through the silence something throbs, and gleams.
And I have never met a desert sunset i didn’t like👌🏾🤞🏿. Weekend well spent,

Where the wild things roam,safari days are the best days.
Mbudi Khwai had all in one basket and left no room for disappointment.
No words could describe my experience about Khwai,from campsites,environment to great sightings and good company it was a full package 👌🏾⛺️🏕️

“A waterfall is nature’s way of sharing the beautiful music of the world.”

And today’s music was insanely beautiful and very inspiring,And I invited a friend to tag along(like every outdoorsy I invite a different face)and this one he is a nature enthusiast and he graced it nicely the invite .bailelwang

Today’s hike was Megale Gorge which is situated in a small village in Manyana,the gorge has about 4 waterfalls and small ones and a pond in between,not only did we hike we visited some of the historical places the village offers,passed to check out what used to be a dam way back which is Ramoshage dam which now Kolobeng river runs through the what is left of the walls which the descended dams,then visited another hill which plays a vital role to the tribes who were involved in Dimawe battle back in the days,you can still see the stone structures that they built for refuge and regroup and to defend themselves on top of the hill.
The experience was very good and amazing,and fun and very informative because of the gentlemen who was our guide for the day.we automatically connected and the vibe was great 😊

Today was a good day,hiking and fishing. ,invited couple of friends to explore gorge in Kanye,which is couple of kms from Gaborone.
It was an easy hike esp for newcomers.
Then spent the rest of the day fishing and it’s unfortunate tho that it wasn’t a good day,atleast I had a plan to bite something,lamb chops to braai.
Nothing beats outdoorsy 🙌🏾😋👌🏾
