Pinerose Holding is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with 4–5 years of proven experience to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing costs and ensuring the financial efficiency of our construction projects, from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities.
• Manage and monitor project costs, contracts, and variations.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk management assessments.
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
• Provide expert advice on contractual claims and disputes.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed financial reports.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 4–5 years’ experience in quantity surveying, preferably in [insert relevant industry e.g., commercial, residential, or civil projects].
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement methods, and cost control.
• Proficiency in MS Office and quantity surveying software.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

If I had to choose my last meal, it would be this Special K Cottage Cheese Loaf prewith creamy roasted garlic mashed potatoes! 🥔💛

A traditional Seventh-day Adventist favourite, this hearty vegetarian roast is perfect for Sabbath lunch, Sunday dinners, or potlucks. Made with crushed Special K cereal, walnuts, cottage cheese, butter, and seasoning, it bakes into a savoury, sliceable loaf that’s comforting, filling, and downright delicious.

🌿 Great hot with roast veggies & gravy.
🥗 Equally tasty cold the next day (if there’s any left!).

240g (3¼ cups) Special K cereal flakes

60g (½ cup) walnuts, finely chopped

1 tbsp bouillon powder

85g (⅔ cup) sage & onion stuffing mix

6 medium eggs, beaten
