We started our early morning walk/runs to improve our health and train for Climb of Death - 4 years ago this month.👟👟

Little did we know, it would bring us much more than that. We needed each other. 🤗

A word of advice
A listening ear
A walk in silence
A hug in time of grief
A helping hand in times of distress
A cup of coffee to warm the heart
A loud laugh to heal the soul
A lil road trip to keep our energies hydrated

There is nothing like that mental warfare experienced during training. It is easy to forget sometimes that the "hard" parts of the past are now just your warm-up...all because you kept showing up.😥

Remember when you had to stop running to catch your breathe? Or, felt you couldn't keep going anymore? And you ask- Are We There Yet? 🫣

Well, we are so proud of you. The results of the mindset shift are totally mind-blowing.

Going from - "I hope I can Finish" TO "I know exactly how I'm going to finish" is NOW the greatest WIN👟👟

Showing up for yourself is the ultimate thank you to that version of you that never gave up, strapped that tennis on and didn't hit the snooze button.

Keep going! You are doing amazing.
