Join me for a special afternoon of mindful movement and meditation under the energy of the Full Moon. This workshop combines the grounding tradition of Hatha Yoga, the flowing rhythm of Moon Salutations, and the stillness of Deep Meditation for a well-rounded and restorative experience.
Hatha Yoga - A practice that balances strength and flexibility through steady postures and mindful breathing, helping you feel centered in both body and mind.
Moon Salutations - A gentle, circular sequence designed to Honor the Lunar Cycle. Practiced during the Full Moon, these movements invite reflection, renewal and inner balance.
Deep Meditation - Closing with a guided meditation to calm the nervous system, deepen awareness, and leave you feeling grounded, spacious, and restored.
This class is open to everyone and is perfect for anyone to release tension, connect inward and flow with natural rhythm of the moon 🌕.
