This year has been very difficult and very different for everyone. I am extremely blessed to be able to wake up everyday and do what I love.

If you know me, you know how much Christmas and the holidays mean to me. I know this won’t change someone’s whole world, but it will brighten their day.

We had the opportunity to help 10 families this year and I pray we can do even more next year.

Thank you to all the families for sharing their stories with me, and letting me into your lives.

Also a huge thank you to everyone who helped make this possible.

This year, all around the world, Christmas time is going to be even tougher than normal on families and we want to do our part to help out. My company 90Nickel would like to help three families this year by providing a holiday breakfast, dinner, snacks and treats as well as all the presents for the kids.

Please email [email protected] and let us know if you need an extra hand this year. All emails and selected families will remain completely anonymous and the draw will be done privately.

We know this is only a drop in the bucket in terms of support for what people are going through but we want to do what we can to help make this year special. We will be covering all expenses for the three families.

This was my first time in Jamaica. My manager at the time set it up, & we traveled to Kingston to shoot my single Miss Right with Sizzla Kalonji.

Sizzla Kalonji publicist Olimatta who helped us set everything up was also Rockmond Dunbar (Prison Break Actor) publicist who was with us for the whole trip. You can see him beside me on the car ride clip.

From visiting Sizzla’s first house that burned down, to going to Judgement Yard to meet his family, or driving way to fast in the mountains. In his, Mazda Pick up truck. Just me and him, driving. We pulled up beside the police, smoking & they saluted him & screamed: “Yes, Dada!”. The trip was nothing short of incredible & life-changing. I recorded a few more songs with Sizzla at King Jammy’s studio with his Son John John, that later landed on Sizzla Album, Scriptures.

This is by far one if not my favorite experience in the music industry, & you won’t believe the full story I tell in this documentary series.

I had the opportunity to bring Bizarre of D12 & many others to my first studio I owned. It was in my boys house, I don’t know how he put up with me but he did and I’m thankful. His neighbours saw 40 foot tour buses, & groups of 20 people pulling up at every hour of the day. If I was in their recording you could smell weed 3 blocks over. I gotta day, Touring with D12 & Bizarre was nuts though, & there fan base was off the wall. 🤣

D12, Eminem, & 50 Cent basically raised me throughout high school & my short stay at college.

Watching Bizarre from D12 & the group hustle first hand on tour or in the studio was nothing short of inspiring. I was lucky enough to have multiple studio sessions, touring opportunities, & chances to network with them when I first started out.

Growing up in Canada all I did was watch Rap City on Much Music when I got home from school. From Master T to T-Rex this show is a staple in The Canadian Hip-Hop world. It was a childhood dream for mine to appear on the show, & to make it even better I was on the show with Raekwon of The Wu-Tang Clan. I got to share this moment with my Wifey & my team on my birthday a few years ago.

My pops always reminds me to enjoy these moments & have fun. This was defiantly one of those days.

A few years ago I flew to Halifax, Nova Scotia to record a single with Classified. Working with him for a few days showed me why he’s had so many hits, he’s really a perfectionist. Over the years I had the chance to support Classified on my first tour ever with Royce Da 5’9, Joe Budden, & D12. I have booked more then a dozen shows for him as well & watched him rise to stardom first hand.

Classified is one of the realest artists, & people in the Music industry hands down. His formula, work ethic, & hustle have been unmatched. I pride myself on following his blueprint through the business & in life.
