Healing begins, questions answered, meaning is defined, and darkness is transformed…

As first responders and healthcare workers, we constantly live amongst illness, pain, and death.

We choose to be in this environment, thinking it is simply a way to “earn a living”.

We don’t learn how to acquire the proper tools or learn how to properly transmute the trauma we absorb from these work environments and prevent ourselves from carrying them into our daily lives.
