There’s something about the sun, the sea breeze, the sound of the waves, and just slowing down that makes the body say, “Thank you, chile!” 😂

Menopause is real, but so is finding little ways to feel good again. 💛

Sometimes, you don’t need much… just sand, sea, sunshine and a little self-care. 🌴🌊

Well looka yah… Mama Selva is 55! 🥳❤️

55 years of life, lessons, laughter, tears, blessings, mistakes, growth, and plenty stories fi tell! 😂

From Pedro River to Canada, and now celebrating my 55th birthday in the beautiful Bahamas… God has carried me every step of the way. 🙏🏾🌴

I’m not taking this new chapter for granted. I’m grateful for the people who have loved me, supported me, prayed for me, laughed with me, and walked this journey with me.

At 55, I’m choosing joy, peace, purpose and gratitude. I’m still here, still growing, still dreaming, still laughing—and trust me, Mama Selva still have plenty more life fi live! 😂❤️

So today, I raise a glass to ME! 🥂
To 55 years of becoming the woman God created me to be.
