Studio 3 : The Old Wash Barn is a 2,368 sq foot studio space with heat, water with floor drainage and 3 phase power. It has one 12’ x 12’ and also has an attached kitchenette and washroom. This space also includes three empty old to***co kilns that can be used in interesting and unique ways. Studio 2 : The Cooler & The Chemical Room is two units totaling 5000 sq feet of useable space - each with its own 14’ loading door, 3 phase power, heat, total black out and cooling option available on the cooler side. Available together or separately the cooler sits at 3500 sq feet and the chemical room 1500 sq feet. These unique spaces have been used for set builds on features films and photoshoots. Do you what this is? If you grew up in Norfolk county chances are you do. These old bulk to***co kilns provide a unique space and look for your next production, they can double as the back of a tractor trailer, cube van, hallway, tunnel or whatever your imagination can think up!
