you are going towards or in Collingwood try !

We visited them a few weeks back and we loved the food! Nestled in a cozy residential area this little gem is serving up some love greek street food.

Here’s everything we got :

✨ Greek Poutine
✨ Baklava

They are a family owned small business, there is a small space for dine-in and they are on Uber Eats !
Give them a try if your in the area next time !!

Food was delicious, the portions were definitely value for money and the restaurant was also clean and dine-in friendly.

Italian wedding soup

Ingredients (4 servings)
• ½ lb ground chicken or turkey (or pork/beef mix)
• ¼ cup breadcrumbs
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• Salt & pepper
• 6 cups chicken broth
• 1 small onion, diced
• 2 carrots, diced
• 1–2 cups chopped spinach
• ½ cup small pasta (like orzo, or tiny shells)

Instructions
1. Make meatballs: Mix ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, garlic, salt & pepper. Roll into small (teaspoon-size) meatballs.
2. Cook broth & veggies: In a large pot, sauté onion & carrots in a little olive oil. Add chicken broth; bring to a simmer.
3. Add meatballs: Drop meatballs into simmering broth; cook 8–10 minutes until they float & are cooked through.
4. Add pasta & greens: Stir in pasta; cook until tender. Add chopped spinach/escarole in the last 2 minutes.
5. Serve hot with extra Parmesan & cracked pepper.

3 Years ago I moved across continents to start a new chapter.
While this country has slowly grown on me a big part of me will always be Sri Lankan.

Moving abroad doesn’t mean you change who you are. Your roots already run deep but you learn to embrace new cultures, new values. You adapt to be the best version of yourself.
You find peace in your being and you will eventually almost find “home” — but you will never be completely home & that is OK.
