3🖐🏼 each.

830/9am bridgewater pickups, After 9 pm pickups in Molega lake area 20 minutes outside of Bridgewater. No in between as everyone free ranges and I refuse to keep them in a kennel in the heat sorry!
They mostly look like this, some may have a grey or black feather here and there👇🏼

Animal loving peeps!! Please if you can share or possibly donate to help out this wonderful family it would be appreciated!! Most of you know Amanda, especially with chickens, ducks and so on but they’ve also battled with foxes for months losing so much more. Let’s help them help this poor soul 🤍🤍

*CAUTION SENSITIVE IMAGE* We've had a bad accident involving Posie. Sometime during the night she got her leg hung up in the fence and she panicked. I found her this morning with her rear leg partially degloved and her not putting weight on it.

Instant vet call. I have alot going on right now so I don't have much time for details but it's not good. She needs to go to the PEI vet collage for a full assessment. Nothing is broken, but she has completely severed one of her tendons. The vet college can sew it back together.

Without that, she may not heal properly. Our biggest concern is not her future or what we had planned for her, but her immediate care.

With surgery she could recover 100%. Without she may only end up being a broodmare or companion horse. At worst, we treat her from home, keep her comfortable and hope it heals enough that she can walk normally.

There is a VERY large risk that she could do further damage and develop an infection that could halt any healing and we would have to make that very hard decision I don't even want to think about.

We can take her to PEI tomorrow morning. I'll be honest, we do NOT have that much money set aside. Surgery would be a minimum of $10000, plus travel costs, boarding costs, daily care, medication etc. So we have alot to decide. We have no issues covering vet costs here, and I hate that it comes down to money. But it does. My friend Shannon has created a go fund me in hopes we can get this done. We are not the kind to ask for help, but this is different. It's Posie.

We are going to do our absolute best for our baby girl, whatever that may mean.

Please keep her in your thoughts. Please share! Any bit helps, I promise you all that. And I would do the same for others when able.

Meet Ozzy! Silverrudd blue isbar boy! Almost 4 months old. He’s making his way with the ladies so he’s looking for a home before he goes elsewhere. I pick him up every night or he sits on my shoulder. He’s sweet, if you can catch him 😉

Located in Chelsea area/Molega lake or can meet in bridgewater.
