📢 Canada is holding a biometrics collection service in Thimphu, from June 11 to 12. If you need to submit biometrics as part of your 🇨🇦 visa or PR application, see the thread below 👇 for details on how to book your appointment.
This biometrics collection service is only open to those who:
✅live in, or can legally enter, Thimphu;
✅have applied for a visitor visa, study or work permit, or for PR;
✅paid the biometrics fee (CAD $85 individual applicant; CAD $170 maximum fee for families applying at the same time);
✅received a biometrics instruction letter (BIL) from IRCC.
Applicants who do not have a Biometrics Instruction Letter (BIL) will not be able to submit biometrics. Applicants have 30 days to submit their biometrics from the date of the BIL.

· passport number
· date of birth
· phone number
· copy of your Biometrics Instruction Letter

⏰9:30 am – 4:30 pm
All applicants MUST have an appointment.
On the day of your appointment, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time slot. And, please bring your valid original passport or other travel document and your biometrics instruction letter (BIL).
If you are unable to attend on the dates above, please visit the nearest Canadian Visa Application Centre (VAC). You will need to schedule an appointment in advance for biometrics collection at the VAC and have travel authorization to the country where it is located.
