π‘ Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with flight bookings, reservations, ticketing, and itinerary changes.
β
Provide accurate fare quotes, rebooking options, and travel solutions per airline policies.
β
Handle inquiries related to baggage allowances, check-in procedures, and special service requests.
β
Resolve concerns regarding cancellations, refunds, delays, and travel disruptions.
β
Utilize airline reservation systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) for efficient booking and passenger support.
β
Stay updated on airline policies, travel restrictions, and promotions.
β
Coordinate with internal teams and partner airlines for escalations and issue resolution.
β
Ensure compliance with company and airline security protocols.
β
Provide top-tier customer support and adapt to diverse tasks as needed.
π Requirements:
β Airline/Travel experience is a MUST.
β A remote setup with atleast two-three monitors, stable internet, and backup internet.
β Proficiency in CRM, VOIP, and travel agency software (Amadeus, Amelia, etc.).
β Strong communication and multitasking skills.
β Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
β NBI and reference checks will be conducted.
