Think of the few seconds right after an experience when all your senses are feeling ecstatic– when the body is vibrating in ecstasy.

The chemistry releasing in the physical brain is incredible, and then flooding through the whole physical body

These chemical surges from the brain trigger new cells and enhance cell growth, expand the synapses and bathe the brain cells in the feel good stuff,

Like dopamine, serotonin, tryptophan, endorphins… the happy feel good cocktail, inside all of us.

NEUROSCIENCE is the study of these power chemicals within our own brain and how they are affecting our capabilities and potential.

Effects of Meditation & Mindful practices on the brain and how this moves the chemistry through cells after a stroke, or when early states of dementia are showing up -

Meditation produces the same chemistry and sends it through the cells, and of course as we do this more and more, it just gets better and better, stronger and stronger, easier and much less effort it required to achieve that state.

While CV19 is about to get taken out of our daily life, (and what a relief); what take aways will you retain? What did you learn? About yourself? About others? Have you built a new resiliency in your own thinking? Have your beliefs changed?

What has been one of the best things you will always keep with you?

As you look into your life ahead without CV19....what changes will you keep? things you can let go now? Relationship changes you have made? And most importantly with yourself...

This little "wheel of life" chart might be useful in reflecting and future pacing - it's a whole new life ahead...a critical marker changed us all... Who am I now?

I've posted a few other articles here about the amount of Needle Phobia we have in our society. Honestly it's not useful trying to shame someone out of a phobia. Usually it will just drive it deeper into hiding and avoidance.

The best help for someone that is panicking about getting their vaccine, is to use the Fast Phobia Cure from the NLP Practitioner. It's brilliant, in a matter of 30-45 minutes - you are relaxed and calm and can book that vaccine

Phobia's are illogical, they operate below consciousness, and can trigger all kinds of challenging reactions which we can't seem to control with logic - meanwhile the whole brain is bathed in chemicals that send the system into, Flight Fight or Freeze responses. Recently I had a client with a fear of needles and she took the room apart getting out of there and away from the needle. Those kinds of experiences ADD to the phobia with big images and racing heart. This is something we can all help with as we get closer and closer to getting everyone to get a vaccine Many people have a phobic response to needles. I think of all the SuperHero movies of the past years, and how each of us would love to have a few of those power house skills.

Well, what if we actually do possess the ability to actively create what many might term as "super hero" qualities?

Do you believe you are capable?

If so how would you generate this potential in yourself?

What if you had greater awareness, a heightened sensory acuity and could?

What would you give yourself permission to achieve?

The greatest adventure is not "out there" it's "in here" where the deepest

computer systems are not capable of calculating.
