Hey friends,

I wanted to share something personal with you all. After a lot of reflection, I’ve decided to take a pause from the podcast (and Patreon) for a bit. The last year and a half has been a whirlwind, and I’ve realized I need to prioritize my mental and physical health right now.

I can’t thank you enough for the incredible support and love you’ve shown me on this journey. This community means the world to me, and I’m so grateful for every connection and friendship that’s grown from this podcast.
