In 2019 my life took an exciting turn. 😅 I had this burning desire to take control of my destiny and create a better future for myself.

That's when I noticed a big gap in the Caribbean market—so many talented individuals and businesses were missing out on the power of having an online presence. 🤯

So, I started Apachy Solutions with a clear mission—to bridge the gap and empower people and businesses in the digital world. At first, I focused on social media, helping clients create and manage their Facebook and Instagram pages. It was amazing to see them grow and make sales online!

But then I realized my clients needed more. They were swamped with tasks and struggled to create captivating and consistent content that truly represented their brand.😓

💡That's when I expanded my services to include graphic design. With eye-catching visuals and engaging content, I helped them to stand out online.

Let me be real with you... ⬇

Nothing irks me more than to see businesses still uploading their content in landscape format. Please, keep the landscape stuff for your website banners and YouTube thumbnails. 😅

Remember, most people scroll through social media on their phones which is generally in a portrait orientation. This means, we need to be uploading content that fits and covers as much vertical " social media real estate" as possible.

I've simplified this even further in this quick sizing guide! Use the correct size for your posts so people don't just scroll past your content.

I could relate because I’ve been trying to post spontaneously for a couple of weeks now, just to see how it affects my engagement, and I just don’t know how other business owners do this!

Thinking of content ideas on the go has been exhausting! I feel misaligned and disorganized with my brand.

I definitely miss the times where I could batch content and focus on other areas of my business. So I’m about to start batching again!

Congratulations to the winners of the GEMS Foundation pitch competition! 🥳🤩





Although my business idea didn't take home the prize this time, I'm grateful for the opportunity to have pitched and learned from the experience. It was my first time in front of a panel of judges and I was definitely nervous haha 😅, but I pushed through and gave it my all. (We all did!)

This journey has reminded me of the importance of content creation and constantly challenging ourselves to step out of our comfort zones.
