Some days your brain has plenty of fuel. Some days it feels like the battery started at 12%.

And that's okay.

If today all you managed to do was get out of bed, drink some water, or make it through the day... that still counts. Progress isn't always loud. Sometimes it's just choosing to keep going.

I hope these reminders help if you're having one of those days. Save this post for later, and share it with someone who might need to hear it today. πŸ’™πŸ’›

I wish I was making this up... πŸ˜‚

Today I realized I had **4 bags of Dino Nuggets and Chicken Strips** in my freezer...

And somehow bought two more. πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ

The best part?

I had absolutely no memory of the first ones.

Living with ADHD can feel like your brain is running on 37 tabs at once. You know you need something, but unless it's directly in front of you... it might as well not exist.

Please tell me I'm not the only one who's accidentally built a tiny grocery store at home. πŸ˜‚

πŸ‘‡ What's the one item you've bought over and over because you forgot you already had it?

πŸ’Ύ Save this for the next time your ADHD brain costs you money.

πŸ“€ Share it with someone who'll say, "Wait... I do that too."

How many tabs are open in your brain right now? 🧠

Not browser tabs...

The things you need to remember.
The conversation you forgot to reply to.
The appointment next week.
The laundry.
The groceries.
The random thought that popped into your head at 2 AM.

Sometimes it's not that we're physically tired... it's that our brains never stop running in the background.

A few small habits can help "close the tabs" and free up some mental energy.

πŸ’¬ Which tip do you think would help you the most, or what would you add to this list?

πŸ’Ύ Save this post for the next time your brain feels overloaded, and share it with someone who might need the reminder.

"Have you tried using a planner?" πŸ€”
If you have ADHD, you've probably heard this advice more times than you can count.

The funny part? Most of us have tried planners... multiple planners. The challenge usually isn't buying one. It's remembering to use it consistently.

In this video, I talk about why "just use a planner" isn't always the simple solution people think it is.

πŸ’¬ Question: What's the best (or funniest) ADHD advice you've ever been given?

Ever stand there trying to decide... and somehow 20 minutes disappear? πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ
For me, one of the hardest parts of ADHD isn't being distracted. It's making what should be a simple decision.
What to eat.
What to watch.
Whether to start now or later.
Whether to go out... or stay home.
Sometimes every option feels equally impossible, and your brain just hits pause.
If you've ever found yourself overthinking the smallest decisions, you're definitely not alone.
πŸ‘‡ What's the hardest everyday decision your ADHD brain makes? Let me know in the comments. I read every one.

Ever heard of time blindness?
If you have ADHD, it can make planning, arriving on time, and switching between tasks way harder than people realize.
The best part? You're not broken... your brain just experiences time differently.

Some days your brain isn't lazy. It's just running on 2% battery. πŸ”‹πŸ§
When that happens, I don't try to "push through." I try to lower the friction.

Here are 5 simple things that help me reset:
πŸ’§ Drink cold water
😌 Unclench your jaw
πŸ‘£ Put both feet on the floor
πŸͺŸ Open a window
πŸ§₯ Change into softer clothes

None of these magically "fix" ADHD, but sometimes the smallest reset is enough to help you take the next step.

Which one are you going to try first? Or what's your own go-to low energy reset? Share it below. πŸ‘‡

Ever get so locked into something that the rest of the world just... disappears? 🎧🧠

People think ADHD is only about getting distracted.

What they don't see is **hyperfocus**.

Sometimes I can spend hours working on one thing without realizing I've skipped meals, ignored my phone, or completely lost track of time. It's like my brain decides, "This is today's entire universe."

It can be an incredible superpower... until you realize it's 2 AM and you forgot to do the one thing you actually needed to get done. πŸ˜…

πŸ’¬ What's the longest you've ever hyperfocused on something? Bonus points if it wasn't the thing you were supposed to be doing.

πŸ‘‡ Share your funniest hyperfocus story in the comments!

You forgot to reply.

You missed a birthday.

You forgot a promise you truly intended to keep.

People often assume you didn't care.

The truth is, many people with ADHD care *so much* that they carry the guilt long after everyone else has moved on.

If this resonates with you, know you're not alone.

πŸ’¬ **What's something ADHD has made you feel guilty about?** Share your story in the comments. You never know who might read it and realize they're not alone either.
