Optimo Movement

Optimo Movement is parkour / freerunning team dedicated to performing and teaching the art of movement through progression of the mind and body connection. Through media production and the training we promote the concept of meditation through movement. We offer classes, workshops, demonstrations as well as video production of various projects. We teach parkour at local gymnasiums such as Stampede

City Gymnastics, No Limits AFC, Gymtastics and Kyle Shewfelt Gymnastics for both youth and adult based classes. Recently we are teaching a summer youth intervention program for the Calgary Police. We also specialize in live performances for large businesses like Telus, Scotia Bank, and Shaw as well as community events such as Fluid Movement Arts, International Childrens Festival, Beaker head and the Kit & Kaboodle Circus!
