There’s something so special about sitting together as a family and watching our son shine during his concert. Moments like these remind us how blessed we are—not just to witness his growth, but to be present for the memories that truly matter. We’re grateful for a business that doesn’t demand we trade every hour for income, but instead gives us the flexibility to prioritize family while it continues to work in the background—even while we sleep. For us, success isn’t just about earning more; it’s about having the freedom to be there for the moments we’ll cherish forever. 💙✨

We stumbled upon a small town thrift store.

It has so many things and maybe many stories that go along with each item. This stuff was in someone's life for a period of time. Maybe it had some meaning, maybe it's purpose was fulfilled?

It's interesting to see this visually because it makes it real. I wonder if the same thing can be said of our thoughts/feelings?

Some memories or thoughts are stored within us. Will it do some good to discard them? Or do we keep them for a little while longer?

Either way, you have to be the judge of that it if it serves your purpose.

Live intentional and find purpose by taking inventory!

Every wake up to an unpleasant surprise?

When the garage door opened and we saw the toppled flowers, my first thoughts were "oh no!"

How bad is the situation? Will this upset my day?

Surely this isn't the end of the world. This was just an opportunity to be accountable and to be more diligent with my response.

We made sure that we placed something heavy inside it so that it won't happen again.

Our prayer for the day is to stay calm in our reactions. We acknowledge our feeling but we will not let negativity overcome us.

Building something together takes planning.

For us, sharing a vision or a goal comes before planning and what we expect to achieve or how the end looks like.

There were some points to agree on. Like budget, style, color, and timeline. One other aspect of building something together...

How to work through challenges when things don't line up?

We know our limitations. One of us can do the physical work and the other has the artistic vision. Each attribute has to compliment the other.

In all things when we try to build, improve, fix, or grow, we know that the Lord has provided us with skillsets. He knows that you can learn when tasks are difficult not when they're easy.

For anyone that is trying to build something. Just know that it's not just for your benefit, but it's also to give thanks to the One that is the ultimate creator, all great things are made by Him.

A sarcastic tough-love expression.

It implies that as long as the ultimate disaster (death) was avoided, the situation is not as terrible or catastrophic as it is made out to be.

How many times do we hear advices and take them as an insult?

Our instinct would be to fight back and add more to the stress or problems we are dealing with.

How about trying something different? It is possible to get different results when you accept advice that doesn't feel good.

We just had a 4 day work week after a long weekend.

Why does it still feel like it was a full 5 day work week? :)

For some of us, we look for that break, and we know that something deep inside us yearns for a freedom. Although it may be brief it's not enough.

What would you do if things reversed a little bit? Say a 2 (maybe even 3) day work week with a 5 day weekend. I say that may shift our moods.

Don't sell yourself short. We are meant for so much more. We just don't know it because we haven't tried.

Without thinking about it, hours into work, spending time between four walls.

Lunchtime comes around and it's time to head outside. A blast of fresh air!

After a few days of overcast, finally beautiful blue skies with scattered white clouds.

This is an opportunity to unplug and to be grateful for the small things.

A short clip of us going around and having some fun. We went in for some cake and fruits and noticed some other household items.

It's amazing how small things can bring us joy. Suddenly we start remembering of the past. A simple thing we used in our everyday lives.

Maybe it's a nostalgia thing, or maybe there's something that we miss doing and have forgotten about?

A reminder of our roots and to not forget a small part of what makes us.
