Strawberry Storage Hack
Love strawberries but hate how fast they go bad? Most people store them in the fridge or leave them in a fruit bowl—but neither is the best option. Here’s what to do instead:
- Mix one part white vinegar with three parts water.
- Soak your strawberries in the mixture for 5 minutes. This kills mold spores and bacteria.
- Rinse the berries thoroughly with clean water.Dry them completely—moisture causes them to rot faster.
- Line a container with paper towels, place the dry strawberries inside, and leave the lid slightly open.
This method keeps strawberries fresh for up to a week or more.Try it and enjoy sweet, fresh strawberries longer!
