đ§ Sometimes you donât need a new market â you just need a new mindset.
I was talking to someone who felt stuck in their business.
They were convinced there just wasnât enough opportunity in their area.
So I asked:
âHow many golf courses are within a two-hour drive of you?â
âAbout 300.â
âHow many companies offer the same service as you?â
âMaybe 500.â
Thatâs when the lightbulb went off.
Thereâs plenty of demand â they just hadnât looked at it the right way.
This is the power of a mental reframe.
Most of the time, weâre not limited by our market⌠weâre limited by our assumptions.
And those assumptions often go unchallenged â until someone on the outside helps us see things differently.
