Berryl Gamayao 📹Amplify your Business Visibility
🎥Maximize your brand with a video that drives engagement and promotes your brand

We always capture both a wide and a close shot. This is a must in our process.
One shows the full context, the other captures the human moment. You need both for a video that feels complete and engaging.

These moments matter.
If you were at the event, this lets you relive it
If you weren’t there, it makes you wish you were
That’s the power of capturing real reactions... the gift exchange, the gratitude, the in-between moments.
You can always film the stage.
But it’s moments like this that create memory… and FOMO.
Over the years, I’ve learned how to anticipate them and be ready before they happen.

What changed between take 1 and take 2?

The first take was strong but it stayed at the affirmation level. Clear message, but no real example yet.

On set, Caitlin guided her to anchor the insight in something that actually happened. One tangible story made the message easier to understand and more believable on camera.

That’s part of how we build speaker reels.

We don’t just film, we draw out the real story in real time.

Watching a client see their same-day event video for the first time.
This is why we do it.

The shot was there but the details were off. The framing. The light. My position in the room.

I paused, debated it, then asked to run it again. Same moment. Better ex*****on. This is the part of the work most people don’t see.

Consistency doesn’t come from doing more.

It comes from having a process that fits real life.

For high-level CEOs, business will always come first. Content needs to work around that and not add more pressure. When the process respects time and energy, showing up consistently becomes possible.

A behind-the-scenes moment from Andreas’ shoot.

This is Caitlin stepping in between takes...pausing, reworking a line, asking him to say it the way he’d explain it to a real person. We go back and forth like this throughout the shoot until it sounds like him, not a script.

This part never makes it into the final video, but it’s where the content actually gets figured out.

Caitlin shares why she believes consistency matters when you’re starting your personal brand.

It’s not about going viral or having everything figured out. It’s about showing up, learning as you go, and letting the brand build over time.

In this video, Caitlin walks you through how we film high-performer CEOs in one day.

A big part of our process isn’t just filming. It’s helping people get their thoughts out clearly. We talk things through, simplify what they want to say, and shape it as we go. When that part is clear, the filming feels easier and the content feels more natural.

Sometimes one detail keeps showing up and you start paying attention to it. You’re not planning a shot, you’re just following the moment. That’s usually where the story comes from. This is how it looks through our lens.

21/01/2026

When we film events, we don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach.

Content usually falls into three types:
• Full event coverage
• Speaker reels
• Content created in real time

Each one serves a different purpose.
