Through Savourtina, you’ve followed my journey of bringing people together through food. Now, we’re taking that idea outdoors and inviting the entire city to pull up a chair.

This Stampede, instead of standing in line for pancakes, I’m setting one long table for 14 guests.

We’ll share Irish-inspired comfort food, Alberta stories, and an evening that’s meant to be enjoyed slowly.

One of the things I love most about traveling is bringing home ideas I can share around the table.

This Guinness Beef Stew was inspired by my time in Ireland and will be one of the featured dishes at the very first SavourTina Supper Club.

A quiet midnight reflection after a day spent learning from some of the world’s greatest culinary artisans.

To me, the best hospitality doesn’t happen behind closed doors—it happens when we pull up a chair, share a moment, and let the stories flow naturally. San Sebastián has reminded me that one table and one flavor truly can bring people together.

Designing an entirely new menu for our upcoming SavourTina European inspired mixers. I can’t wait to share these moments with you.
