Been feeling a bit tired
someone tell to sponsor me 😴
These are the days that we need to be strongest, not only have we all gone through a crazy year with lack of promise or guarantee.. we are now transitioning into the cold , dark days where the sun goes down before 6 pm and early evenings feel like late nights .
How do we avoid these blues ?
Wake up early , go outside and take advantage of the sunlight
Plan your days out and fill it with self love including fitness, meditation and reading/learning . Plan out your days so you can fully accomplish the day and success the goals you set each day . Self accomplished days always brighten even the darkest times.
Take your vitamins (especially vitamin D)
Learn to enjoy activities in the cold months because embracing the cold is better then running from it .
Be positive as f*ck and keep close attention to your friends and family .. they may need that extra support during this time.
Time to test yourself, train your mind and let’s get through this year stronger then we entered it.
