I attended the building for sustainability conference in Canmore this Sunday/Monday. Like most changes we have all the answers already.. just lack the desire to implement it at scale. I got to ask a question ( sort of - it was more of an observation and then a request) to 3 municipalities. ( sheesh, I am looking more and more like pictures of my dad all the time).

Unbelievably, there is at least a 40% chance of the (Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation) collapsing within 25 years. We could be facing impacts similar to the Younger Dryas period - within the lifetimes of most people alive today.

Yet, we dither around the sides of considering climate change mitigation actions.

I guess this is the result of all our major newspapers being owned by the same company - that also owns the national enquirer.

Since no one seemingly is paying attention. Here is a timeline.

- Info is coming out about Conservatives working with India.
- Poilievre attempts some non-confidence motions. Fails
- Media starts to push this “caucus revolt” story.
- RCMP comes out and says “yeah, India is messing with us. It’s real”
- Media pushes the “Caucus revolt” story harder.
- Trudeau says he has names of Conservatives who are compromised and that Pierre refused to get his clearance.
- Poilievre goes into hiding for a week.
- Media continues to push the “Caucus revolt” story.
- Today, Poilievre is now using the caucus revolt story in QP to push the eyes away from his lack of cooperation in the Interference scandal.
