SELFISH.

It’s hard to believe I wrote most of these songs 3-4 years ago now.

The truth is: 2025 has been the busiest year of my life both personally and professionally. I’ve been grinding it out at my new place of work, moved across the country, and I’m getting married in three weeks (!)

Since moving back to Ontario things have been nonstop. It’s a constant juggle of priorities and the bulk of my time has not been going towards the stuff I know I need to do in order to get this music heard.

I’m not complaining; I live a great life. But it doesn’t come without its sacrifices. Sometimes my creative endeavours will come last. While that’s a tough pill to swallow, I know the pendulum eventually swings back around.

This album reflects on my younger years growing up in a small town. It’s a tale about a conflicted kid who struggled to confront a toxic lifestyle and relationships. It represents emotional growth through many trials and errors. 

But, this collection of songs also explains how I found myself through music and a drastic change of scenery. I found hope during a time where it started to fade. 

SELFISH reminds me that sometimes this is how you’ll be perceived for following your dreams and going against the grain.

Not everybody is going to agree with what you have to say or the route you choose while you’re here. 

That is okay.

This is project #6 for me. Been a wild ride.

Proud to be consistently chugging along and progressing.. but I have so much music in the vault for y’all so I’m still pretty behind 😬

To celebrate and accompany the new album, I also dropped a new t-shirt design (fav yet) under my refreshed “Embrace the Journey” merch line.

That’s the motto we’ve been rolling with and it’s embedded in everything I do so I made it official with merch!

I am starting with a limited drop of t-shirts available in various colours. *I will only be selling 20 of these before I remove them from the online store!*

Depending on how this launch goes, maybe we’ll have sweaters and long sleeves available in the Fall 👀

“til its gone” is out now on all audio platforms.

this song was never meant to be on the album. I grabbed this beat from awhile back and had no idea what to do with it.

that is before I tapped in with (featured in verse one). his trap-style vocals and rawness on the mic inspired everything else that came after.

also, I was truly in an engineering pickle until saved the day with his unorthodox and refreshing style of production. thank you bro 🤝

The album drops in August y’all.

LONDON, ONTARIO 🌳

I am back in my second home.

For those who don’t know:

I’m originally from Chatham, Ontario in Canada.

Over the last five years I’ve been out west in Vancouver, where I moved to experience a different side of life.

I am now back to where my music career reignited five years ago!!

Early in 2020, I started creating some of my first-ever projects in a shared basement with nothing but a cheap microphone and pop filter 🫡

Reflecting on my time as an artist in Vancouver:

It’s where I went from performing for 10 people to opening for hip-hop legends in front of 400+.

Where I released multiple albums, hit major milestones, and carved out a space for myself as an artist.

Grateful for the city. Grateful for the journey.
And especially grateful for the people who helped shape it:

Societal norms put me in a bad mood.. I guess it’s time to let ‘em know again. Been sitting on some of my best music for way too long. You may have noticed I’ve been expressing myself in my songs through a much more personal lens lately.. Pretty soon the floodgates will be opening but I’m gonna be spacing out my releases to allow breathing room. I have way too many released songs that haven’t been properly promoted because I stretch myself too thin.. but that’s life & you gotta keep moving. As you know we’re at the mercy of these platforms sometimes and important updates can get missed 😢

If you haven’t joined my new broadcast channel (tagged & in bio) pls do! I’m aiming to hit 50 members by the end of June. We can definitely do this!!
