Absolutely, you can. In fact, here's the process I typically follow with clients during a strategy intensive:
No. 1; Figure out where your business actually is today.
No. 2: Identify what's working... and what's not.
No. 3: Decide what your true priorities and goals really are.
No. 4: Build systems and processes to support those goals.
No. 5: Turn those goals into an action plan with clear next steps.
No. 6: Start implementing said action plan and utilizing aforementioned systems.
No. 7: Review your progress every 30 to 60 days and adjust where needed.
..
That's it.
Simple? Yes.
Easy? Not always.
The hardest part usually isn't knowing the steps.
It's making the time to step away from the day-to-day, look at your business objectively, make the tough decisions, and then actually follow through.
Some business owners love doing that work themselves.
Others would rather have someone guide the process so they can stay focused on serving their clients and growing their business.
Neither approach is wrong.
The important thing is making sure you have a plan. Because without one, it's really easy to stay busy without actually moving forward.
