Most websites get visitors. The visitors leave without doing anything.

You see it in the analytics: bounce rate above 80%, time on page under 30 seconds, a homepage pulling traffic but producing maybe one inquiry a month.

β†’ Too many menu items and competing CTAs, so nobody knows where to click first
