Most websites don’t fail because they look bad - they fail because they’re not built with conversion in mind.
A lot of businesses treat their website like an online brochure. It looks fine, it has the information, but it doesn’t actually guide a visitor toward taking action.
Here’s what usually goes wrong:
• No clear next step for the user
• Too much focus on design, not enough on structure
• Messaging that doesn’t speak directly to the customer
• No real flow from interest → action
When someone lands on your site, they should immediately understand:
what you do, who it’s for, and what to do next.
If that’s not clear in the first few seconds, most people will leave.
A good website doesn’t just exist - it works.
