Mi'kmaq Artist Emergence Program The Mi'kmaq Artist Emergence Program started in 2024 and is a week long mentorship, industry education, songwriting, recording, wellness guidance program!

During MAEP generation 1, we worked on putting together the story of what MAEP is, how it came to be, and the stories of those involved!

This came together in a documentary by .ingraham, titled "No Way I'll Come Down", which we are proud to share will be screened at the on November 9!

We can't wait to share this with everyone! Stay tuned for when you will be able to watch too!

Quentin Augustine is a passionate young Mi’kmaq musician from Elsipogtog First Nation. With a growing interest in music production, he has already begun experimenting with creating, recording, and engineering his own music.
