Originally commissioned for Bell Fibe TV1, the show follows my wife Jean and I in front and behind the cameras as we attempt to make a television show about Thai food. It’s a mix of reality, comedy, improv, cooking, action, and puppetry…wait, what?

In the show, Dean and I play exaggerated caricatures of ourselves as we navigate our cultural differences, egos, exotic ingredients, and even our marriage to produce our cooking show.

We’ve been told we might have invented a new television genre: Cooking-Comedy!
