We’re excited to share that Rusty, our gentle Salmon Faverolle rooster, is going to be a dad!

Eggs we chose from his flock include:

Betty, our confident Australorp
Waffles, a very social Ameraucana
Baboon, our more elusive blue Ameraucana
Trixie, a friendly and affectionate Ameraucana

With these pairings, we’re looking forward to plenty of beautiful blue eggs in the future—and we’re especially hopeful that Rusty and Betty may even produce pink-tinted eggs.
