We all have busy days, hard days, it's important to take time for you. Here are some tips to make sure your mental health stays in a good state 🙂

✅ Take a 10-minute walk every day to get some fresh air.

✅ Celebrate the small victories and acknowledge how far you've come.

✅ Outsource when you can, whether that means business-related tasks or homemaking duties.

✅ Set a cut-off time for answering emails, phone calls, etc. so you have time to unwind and enjoy your evening.

✅ Seek support when you need it - from friends and family, a mental health professional, or both.

Do you like surprises?
I’m a Marketer so you can probably guess that from day to day I often use tools like Asana(post planning), Meta, and Grammarly to do what I love. What might surprise you is how necessary exercise is, too! ⁠

I work out every morning from 6:00 - 6:30 am. 🏋️‍♀️ Just like with posting on social media, consistency is key! Working out consistently has lowered my stress levels, improved my strength and made me sharper and more creative at work. ⁠

These results are from 18 weeks of hard work, doing home workouts. I share them with the hope to inspire others to stick with it ... being consistent will find the results you desire. ⁠
