SYNOPSIS:
Dumpshock is a Dystopian Crime-Thriller set in a brutalist future in Edmonton. NOVA, a hacker for hire, is brought back into the deadly world of corporate espionage years after a job nearly puts them in the ground. The gig was supposed to be easy; they should have known better.

CASTING BREAKDOWN:
NOVA - OPEN GENDER - AGE: Mid 20’s - Early ’30s
Once one of the best code-breakers in the dog-eat-dog world of Corporate Espionage, NOVA got in over his/her head and nearly wound up six feet under. But that’s what you get when you try and get one over on a Megacorp like LOTUS. Now shut-in suffering with some serious trauma, Nova’s been getting by with sh*t-paying jobs and penny-pinching. But needs must, and Nova’s addiction needs feeding, and that costs cash.

Despite their reasons for taking a job, once Nova is on the job, he/she is a consummate professional. Efficient, quick thinking, and confidence, with the right tech at Nova’s disposal, they’d be able to take on anyone! Well, almost anyone.
