Honestly... the worst advice I ever got was "Don't sweat the small stuff"... You absolutely SHOULD sweat the small stuff...The game of business, success, relationships and life is won in the margins👇🏾

We spend so much time focused on trying to find big wins, major innovations, some type of breakthrough, that we overlook the simple tiny wins that will ... in this case... bring people to tears.

The paradox of small gestures is so beautiful to me 👇🏾

Everyone dismisses them as trivial. Too tiny to matter. Too basic to bother with.

Which is precisely why they work.

When everyone else is too busy for the small stuff, being the one person who isn't makes you unforgettable.

The rarity of being someone who sweats the small stuff creates huge value.

The neglect from those that don't creates your opportunity.

Most people won't send the thank you note because "it's just a note."
Most people won't remember the coffee order because "it's just coffee."
Most people won't make the photo book because "it's just pictures."

And that's exactly why you should...

In a world where everyone ignores the small things, being the person who doesn't is a really big thing!

We're wired to chase the spectacular. But life compounds in the margins - in the thoughtful pause, the unexpected follow-through, the gift that says "I was paying attention."

If everyone is busy staring at the mountains,
you can win by simply focusing on the pebbles.
