I saw this McDermott test on their Defy shaft and it left me with so many questions. Are they saying that because it's so non-bouncy that the power is transferred into the cue ball? Is it a good thing to be so non-bouncy?

One might argue that because it's so non-bouncy you might be getting less power generated from the shaft. For example a hard tip generates more power than a soft tip. I honestly don't know what to think about it?
