We want to sincerely apologize for the delays some of you are currently experiencing with your orders. Unfortunately, there has been a lot of misinformation and disruption from couriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and others, who are under extreme pressure due to the holiday shipment volume. Much of this is sadly out of our control.
That said, please rest assured that we are pushing these couriers every single day and doing everything within our power to move your orders along as fast as possible.
At the same time, we have recently moved to a new and improved distribution center in the U.S., which has also contributed to a slight delay during the transition period. This move was necessary to serve you better long-term, and while it has caused some short-term disruption, it will significantly improve speed and efficiency going forward.
We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support. Your love for the JFlowers brand means everything to us.
This is short-term pain for long-term gain, and we promise we are doing our absolute best to keep up the speed and service you expect from us.
