I’m learning that healing sometimes looks like this:
not giving the same access to people who’ve already shown you who they are.

Not everyone deserves a second chance to wound you.
Boundaries aren’t bitterness — they’re wisdom.

I won’t let the same snake bite me twice.

In 2026, I’m choosing a regulated nervous system.

Less surviving. Less reacting.
More calm mornings. More steady breaths.
More space between a trigger and a response.

I want days that feel safe in my body.
A mind that doesn’t rush to the worst case.
A nervous system that knows we’re okay now.

This year isn’t about pushing harder or doing more.
It’s about slowing down, creating softness, and letting my body catch up to my life.

Peace is the goal. Regulation is the work.
And I’m letting that be enough.
