At Delta Recordings and West Cove Recordings, we believe great music deserves to be heard on its own merit.
We are committed to fostering an environment where artists are treated with professionalism, respect, and fairness regardless of gender, identity, background, or experience. Talent, creativity, work ethic, and authenticity are what matter to us.
The electronic music community has always been at its best when it creates space for diverse voices and perspectives. Comments that reduce artists to their appearance, suggest their achievements are anything other than earned, or discourage people from participating have no place in the culture we want to help build.
We recognize that entering this industry can already be intimidating, particularly for emerging artists. No one should feel that they need to overcome stereotypes or defend their worth simply to share their music.
As labels, we have both an opportunity and a responsibility to contribute positively to the communities we are part of. That means supporting artists because we believe in their work, encouraging respectful dialogue, and helping create spaces where people feel welcome to create, collaborate, and grow.
To the women producing, DJing, engineering, promoting, and building this scene: your voice matters, your work matters, and your accomplishments are your own. We look forward to continuing to support incredible artists based on the music they create and the passion they bring to it.
The future of our scene is stronger when more people feel they belong in it.
