Creating change for yourself, building new habits, and working towards goals is not a sexy process. It’s not glamorous, there will probably be no one cheering for you – at least not consistently. It’s quiet work. It’s work that’s done largely alone. It’s slow. It is, at times, incredibly frustrating.
But it is work that works as long as you commit to continuing to take the next step, and then the next, and the one after that. You might lose the track, you might go off path and that’s ok. It’s not about staying on the track you laid out, it’s about staying committed to rediscovering it along the way.
Start stepping, take small ones at first. This is how you make progress and it is the only way to get where you’re going – even if you’re not quite sure where that is just yet.
If you’d like some help with structure, we are running our Summer Streak Habits challenge right now and you can sign up through the link in our bio. It goes until September 12th but you can do it at any time. We’d love to support your efforts and all of the funds we raise during this challenge will go to the Be Good Foundation.
