More than $1 million is being invested in Niagara through the 2026 David S. Howes Fund grants administered by Niagara Community Foundation.

Supporting 16 local charities, these grants are helping fund transformative projects that will strengthen healthcare, education, community services, facilities, and support for vulnerable residents across Niagara. From expanded shelter spaces and enhanced dental care services to innovative social enterprises and improved community facilities, these investments are creating lasting impact for generations to come.

In addition, 21 organizations received Summer Camp Grants this spring, helping nearly 400 children access summer camp experiences.

A remarkable example of how philanthropy continues to build a stronger Niagara community.
