As many of you have heard Epicure has closed there doors and handed over to there trustees. I will be shutting down my page in the next 72hours. Epicure is having a sale on there website clearing out all products. From what I can see online there is no guarantees or warranties. Orders have to be paid by CC. With everyone social distancing and staying home - we are doing lots of cooking and baking and sometimes this can get boring or monotonous🤓. I wanted to do something fun for food this week so I found a "yeast free" pizza dough recipe for Lane and because I try to eat Gluten free and healthier lol I found a wicked Buckwheat flour pizza recipe❤️ Hummus is also one of our favorites, add Epicure Rosted red pepper, freeze dried Epicure onions, 1/2 lemon and tbsp of olive oil, plus 1/2 cup hot water - purée till all blended - yum! ❤️

WOW the Christmas season is well upon us! What better way to shop from your seat and not your feet!! Okay today I tried one of Epicure's "new" gluten free Gingerbread cake mix! So easy, Add eggs, molasses and oil. I substituted applesauce(made this morning) for the oil. Placed 2 tbsp. per cup in my lightly greased muffin pan. Now the key trick to cooking gluten free is the product needs to sit "30 minutes" before cooking. And 10minutes in pan before removing! Voila! End result is AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS and super most!
