The Beaverlodge Arts and Culture Centre, one of our advertisers and biggest cheerleaders of the magazine, has an open call for artists!! Such a fun and creative way to support and engage our local art community!!

Time is passing by quickly!

We are actively seeking artists to participate in our first ever Anonymous Art Exhibit & Sale.

Please pass along in hopes some artists (young or old, new or experienced) will take a chance and participate 🎨🖼

North Country Fair: A Family Solstice Celebration
The North Country Fair is celebrating 49 years of entertaining the Peace region from June 19 to 21, 2026.

The venue and the campsite are both nestled in the boreal forest along the Driftpile River.

The festival, sometimes lovingly referred to as “hippy days,” is a celebration of music and community, featuring four stages, free workshops, amazing art displays, children’s activities, a parade, delicious food vendors and a vibrant artisan market.
